Rally your MLA to stand up for old growth forests

It’s so important that MLAs hear from their constituents — why? Because they are more likely to act on issues that their local community cares about. 

Our goal this year is to build a cohort of MLA champions for old growth protection, but we can only do this together with constituents like you!

In the next phase of this campaign we’re going to consistently engage with our MLAs (who have already shown to be in support of old growth protections) and help fill the information gap, challenge the Ministry of Forests’ talking points, and advocate for old growth protection inside their own caucus. 

Sending a message to your MLA explaining why you care about old growth and what we need to do to protect it will help your MLA understand what is at stake, not just for the forests but for the community itself.
