Stop the Tilbury LNG project

FortisBC wants to expand the Tilbury Liquified Natural Gas plant along a fragile part of the Fraser River, in Delta, British Columbia.

The risks for this fossil fuel project are high: to our health, to the water and to our marine life. The Southern Resident killer whales in the area are already struggling to survive, and increased tanker traffic and industrial activity in their habitat will only add to the pressure they face.

We have a chance to speak up for our climate, our communities and the marine life we all love. If we can keep the momentum going and make it clear this project doesn’t have public support, we have a real opportunity to stop the expansion.

Will you send a letter now, calling on the B.C. and federal governments to reject the Tilbury LNG expansion?
