1. Close the existing policy gaps to stop all forms of financing of all companies operating in the Amazon, including those drilling in the Mouth of the Amazon.

2. Recognize Indigenous Peoples’ right to self-determination and to not give consent to projects that impact them..

As global financial leaders, your banks have the opportunity and the responsibility to be on the right side of history. Taking bold, concrete action now will not only protect the Amazon, but demonstrate true leadership in an era where climate accountability is non-negotiable.
