No more funding for logging and burning trees for electricity

We need to demand that the 2024 federal budget doesn’t throw precious taxpayer dollars at an industry that's parading itself as a clean energy solution while logging and burning trees.

Despite the devastating impacts that the global forest biomass industry has had around the world, and dire warnings from environmental scientists and climate advocates across Canada, public subsidies are going to forest biomass when they should go to real climate and renewable energy solutions. 

Send a message to key decision makers to demand that the 2024 federal budget does not put more money into logging and burning forests for electricity.
