Let’s take over lululemon’s twitter feed

Twitter is a wild space full of fast paced hot takes on everything from climate to the latest Netflix series, but it is also a space where lululemon engages HEAVILY with its customers.

From answering customer queries or quipping with a cheeky tweet about its new products, lululemon is all over its twitter feed. So, it’s only natural that’s where we should spread the word about its greenwashing and demand some answers.

If we continue to bombard lululemon’s social media feed with calls to take urgent action, lululemon will have no choice but to answer to public pressure. We can’t let it greenwash the fact that coal pollution is one of the leading causes of respiratory illness in the world and also contributes to global greenhouse gas emissions that worsen the effects of climate change.

Thankfully for us, we have a public space like Twitter where CEOs, politicians, and you and I can all get in on the conversation. Let’s get on Twitter and break through lululemon’s incessant greenwashing noise and urge the brand to ditch coal, shall we?

Tweet at lululemon and call on the brand to stop greenwashing and take urgent action to clean up its supply chain by ridding it of coal.
