Lululemon’s own reporting showed that despite the company’s words, it is still falling short of its “Be Planet” promises. Its emissions from manufacturing increased by nearly 20% in just one year – with supply chain emissions rising by nearly 130% since 2019. lululemon has an opportunity here to live up to its Be Planet messaging by setting an ambitious and necessary 2030 target.
